Parkes Mint employs highly qualified and experienced, specialist toolmakers to create the many moving parts that comprise each finished die we produce. Every die is made to exacting engineering standards and is transferable to a range of injection moulding equipment.
Dies to suit all requirements:
Designing from the ground up, we use in-house CAD programs to form the basis for each die, allowing us to choose the most suitable die type for your project including;
- Single cavity dies
- Multi cavity dies
- Family dies
Heat treatment and efficiency:
To enhance each die's efficiency, all surfaces are hardened in our own heat treatment plant to prolong the life of the die. To maintain this efficiency, all tooling is lubricated and measured for wear after each production run to ensure tolerances remain within our client's specifications.
