We have pad printing facilities in-house allowing you to customise your plastic components with logos and/or your text of choice. We have the ability to reproduce simple single colour artwork through to complex multi-colour designs.
Hot Foiling....
For a different effect, we also offer hot foiling of plastic components which is particularly suited to badge type designs. The foil is applied to the top level of the moulded part to offer great contrast with the plastic colour. A variety of standard colours, as well as metallic foils are available.
Insert Moulding....
Our ability to produce insert moulded components means we can mould metal parts including pins, threads and nuts into your plastic components for stonger, easier final assembly.
Expert Assembly....
With a full service approach we can mould your plastic parts and have them assembled for you by our expert assembly team prior to despatch. Our high quality standards ensure your products arrive in tip top condition, ready for sale.
Packing and Despatch....
